Request for Workplace Learning & Development Services

Thank you for your interest in Workplace Learning & Development (WLD) services. In order to serve our clients best, we ask that you complete the form below with your organizational/professional development request(s):

Needs Analysis Meeting

Once the form is received, the requester will be contacted within 48 hours by one of our Workplace Learning Partners (WLP) with a request to set up a needs analysis meeting. The needs analysis meeting will allow the WLP to understand the nature of the request and will be an opportunity for the partner to determine what development solution or program can be provided.

Statement of Work Proposal

Within five (5) business days of the needs analysis meeting, you will receive a statement of work proposal. You will have up to two weeks to review and accept the proposal from the date sent.

Coaching/Facilitation Timeline

During the needs analysis meeting a determination will be made if customized content or coaching is required to fulfill the request.

If coaching is recommended you will be assigned a coach within sixty (60) days from the time you accept the proposal to allow for the administration of an assessment tool if required prior to the coaching.

If new and/or customized content is required, your request will take sixty (60) days to fulfill from the time you accept the proposal. If existing content can be used to fulfill your request, the date of engagement will be determined based on the availability of the WLP and/or assigned facilitator.
