Working with Human Resource Management and Development

Managers are expected to follow the conventions contained in the Manager's Toolkit. As regular university employees, managers are also expected to follow and be knowledgeable about university policies and guidance in the Employee Handbook.

If managers have questions about how to apply guidance, policy, or regulations, they should consult with their own managers, their HR Business Partner, or the appropriate Human Resource Management and Development department.
